2 cup macaroni, uncooked
1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 slices
2 cup kidney beans, drained
1 medium onion, red, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 large egg, hard cooked, chopped
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 cup oil
3 tbsp wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp oregano
