Prepare macaroni according to package directions for salad use. Drain.
Combine macaroni, smoked sausage, kidney beans, onions, green pepper,
eggs and parsley. Blend oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder,
and oregano. Toss macaroni mixture with dressing. Chill.
