Chip the onion fine and simmer in olive oil until transparent. Mince
the garlic and add to the onion; simmer for another minute. Stir in
the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 15
minutes. Store in the refrigerator. Use on any barbeque specialty..
