1 butter or margarine
1/3 cup vegetable or olive oil

1 tbsp edam cheese,grated
1 lb frankfurters,skinless

Mixed Vegetable & Frankfurter Casserole Directions

1. Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and spread
evenly in a 9-inch square baking dish. Set aside.
2. Combine oil, tomatoes, garlic and paprika is a saucepan; cook 20
minutes.
3. Pour over vegetables; sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Dot with butter; lay sliced frankfurters on top.
5. Bake in preheated 400'F. oven 15 minutes, or until top is browned
and cheese completely melted.
NOTE: Vegetables del sol contains broccoli, carrots and cauliflower.
Frankfurters can either be beef or turkey.
