Preparation time: 30 minutes .
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients
except ketchup, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Place approximately
1/3 cup beef mixture into each of 12 medium muffin cups, pressing
lightly; spread ketchup over tops.
2. Bake 20 minutes or until centers are no longer pink.
3. Remove meatloaves from pan; serve with mashed potatoes, if desired.
