Tarragon: Only the leaves are used of the tarragon plant which are available either fresh or dried. A favorite in French foods, tarragon’s aromatic, licorice-like flavor makes a great addition to chicken, fish, eggs, butter, vinegars, and soups. |
Cut ribs into serving pieces. Simmer one hour in water.
Combine all other ingredients. Baste ribs, cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
