1. Freeze chops for 20 minutes. Trim off all visible fat. 2. In a cup,
combine the seasons; spread the mix equally on both sides of chops. 3.
Cover with plastic wrap; refridgerate for 2-8 hours. 4. Place the
chops on a broiler rack and broil 4 inches from heat, until the chops
are browned and crusty; 8-12 minutes per side. 5. Serve with baked
potatoes, applesauce and cabbage.
