Combine ham, mustard, mayonnaise, cinnamon, garlic and butter in
bowl; mix well. Add peppercorns gradually to desired taste. PAck
mixture into oiled 4 cup mold. Chill until firm. Serve with crackers
or party bread or use as stuffing for fresh vegetables.
