Combine dry spice rub ingredients and coat both sides of meat with
barbeque seasoning. Let stand at least
30 minutes before cooking.
Grill over medium coals (225) for about 15 minutes per side,
depending on thickness. Sprinkle on additional barbeque seasoning
after turning meat
