Combine flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle half the mixture on one side
of the round steak and pound on. Repeat for other side, cut meat into
pieces. Melt butter in skillet and brown meat. Cover tightly and
simmer 1 hour. Add water if necessary. Combine remaining ingredients
and pour over meat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
Serves: 6
