2 1/2 lb sauerkraut
26 1/2 oz porkshoulder,cubed
1 salt
1 pepper
2 tbsp flour
1 1/16 oz paprika, sweet
1 pinch cayennepepper
1/2 tbsp caraway seeds
1 cup sour cream

1.Saute the onions in half of the butter;add the sauerkraut and saute.
Add a little water and cover and simmer about 1 hour.Stir once or
twice. 2.Season the meat and brown in the rest of the butter;add
flour,paprika and cayennepepper and caraway seeds and mix all under
the sauerkraut. 3. 3. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, as long as meat
needs to be tender. 4. Mix a little paprika with the sour cream and
heat in the microwave or waterbath untill warm. 5. Put gulasch on
warm plate and pour the sour cream all over.Serve.
