IN A 7 X 10 GLASS DISH, COMBINE MARINADE MIX AND ORANGE JUICE. STIR TO
BLEND WELL. CUT MEAT INTO SERVING SIZED PIECES. PIERCE MEAT SEVERAL
TIMES WITH A FORK. PLACE MEAT IN THE MARINADE AND TURN ONCE TO COAT
BOTH SIDES. ALLOW TO STAND IN MARINADE FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES.
REMOVE MEAT FROM MARINADE AND PAT DRY. HEAT OIL IN SKILLET AND ADD
MEAT. COOK FOR 10 MINUTES OVER LOW HEAT. TURN MEAT ONCE; CONTINUE TO
COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL MEAT IS TENDER. NOTE: SAVE
MARINADE AND ADD 2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR; STIR WELL.
SERVE MEAT WITH SAUCE AND COOKED WHITE RICE
